#17 It's been years...

One of my most remarkable moment of Kyoto was that in one April cold night, after by chance having avery good dinner in Gion, we decided to follow the crowds as we knew later to Yasaka Shrine. Along the way, there were just only lights from numbers of traditional lanterns and people' heads.

Then, the secret reviewed.

Behind the shrine was a lovely Sakura garden...and yet, the mini festival!

Lots of street foods along both sides of the narrow lane and parties were all around.(Most of them were drunken actually.) Sort of weird that I noticed they were all just staring at one tree, the only weeping old cherry tree. With laughs and smiles, they seemed really happy "by simply gazing at that tree". I don't know why but I was happy too.

The magic of Hanami i guess...
